• Maintenance of the vessel to the agreed standard including repairs, dry docking and provision of spares, fulfilling the requirements of the customers, including oil and gas
• Inspection, evaluation and selection of shipyards.
• Negotiations on shipyard specification and makers lists.
• Plan approval of the drydock facilities.
• Attendance, supervision, evaluation maintenance and dry dock works at the shipyard or at subcontractors’
• Attendance and evaluation of shop tests, dock and sea trials.
• Follow up of Class and Flag state matters.
• Preparation for marine operations and the towing plans.

Provision of competent officers and crew, certified as required and also with qualifications as considered necessary for the vessel and the trade; arranging their joining and repatriation as well as all related functions, as required, including medical examinations, etc.
